  • 412.5g of boiled water

 

Instructions:

  • Boil water and weigh out 412.5g of the hot water.
  • Pour the hot water into the premix and stir until thoroughly combined and smooth.
  • Transfer the mixture to ramekins or serving glasses.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
